Natalie works at the intersection of business, culture and social impact. She focuses on long-term business growth rooted in ventures where business, culture and humanity are aligned. For the past decade, her work spans across business development, purpose-driven branding, storytelling, thought leadership and impactful investments. Natalie’s clients include some of the world’s largest brands, executives and noteworthy influencers, all with a focus on authentic, creative, sustainable leadership.

Her experience includes leading brand purpose strategy for Unilever’s Prestige division, a portfolio of six high-end beauty and wellness brands, as well as creating a thought leadership platform for Unilever’s Founder-led brands to elevate Founders post acquisition. She developed and spearheaded Dermalogica’s FITE (Financial Independence through Entrepreneurship) initiative to empower women entrepreneurs, reaching over 100,000 women worldwide. Beginning her career as a journalist and then working in film and television, Natalie believes in the power of storytelling to reach audiences and create long-term social change. She serves on Board of Directors for MAKERS@, Oath’s media brand.

Byrne was named one of MOGUL's 35 Under 35, for changing the way business approaches impact and selected as AOL’s and Levo’s 13 Millennials Changing the World. She works closely advising the United Nations on innovative leadership, and was honored to be a White House delegate under President Obama traveling with him to Kenya for the Global Entrepreneurs Summit as a featured speaker.
