Divya is CEO & Co-Founder of GoodOps, a supply chain transformation company. We transform supply chain networks through innovative strategies, technology solutions and sustainability frameworks. GoodOps ensures companies build a competitive advantage in a rapidly changing business terrain.

Divya brings over 15 years of experience at the cutting edge of e-commerce and brick-and-mortar, working for a diverse range of global companies from Fortune 1 to venture-backed startups. Divya launched and managed import and inbound supply chain operations for Walmart.com, traveling extensively to China to educate, lead and optimize manufacturers, vendors and port operations for e-commerce. She built out global operations and imports for One Kings Lane after their Series A, helping the company grow revenue to $100M ($420M valuation) within a year. She also managed exports for 40 PriceSmart warehouse clubs in 14 countries, incorporating logistics algorithms for extended supply chain cycles and international lead times. In addition she consulted global executives on e-commerce best practices for sourcing, buying and merchandising for Vente-Privee USA, Rocket Internet (West Wing) and Wysada (Middle East).

Divya’s ability to quickly, accurately and effectively assess a brand’s operational needs have led to ground-breaking innovations for a wide range of business models, resulting in critical cost reductions and time savings.

Divya is Chairwoman Emeritus for the New York City chapter of Nexus Global, a community of next generation social entrepreneurs, philanthropists and impact investors catalyzing solutions to global problems. She was formerly on the Board of Directors at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts and Hostelling International in San Francisco. She holds a BA in Political Science from Boston College, is fluent in Spanish, moderate in French and resides in New York City.
